In a new series of articles, I'll be covering the topic of applied research, specifically focussing on the world of business to business (B2B) distribution. The elements discussed in this series of articles can be applied in many different contexts, but as B2B distribution is my area of expertise (having served within it for 15 years) it makes sense for me to use this as a base from which to bridge the gap between academic principles and practical application.
